RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & MORE.

True Rose Designs is a print-on-demand business, which means that all the products sold are unique and are only produced once they are ordered.

-We do not accept exchanges at all.

-We do not accept returns or refunds for buyers remorse.

-We do apply returns/refunds when it is a manufacturing error. 

     -Manufacturing errors can include:

             -Misprint.

             -Damaged/defective product.

             -Ordering the right size/color on your end but getting a different one.(Must have proof you ordered the right size/color)

-A claim must be made within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem. When filing a claim you must submit your receipt, the order number, a picture of the product of what seems to be wrong with the design. 

-If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact me through phone or email to cancel the order by 5pm eastern time zone, I will need to know your order # to cancel it correctly. 

-For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

-When returning a product be sure to use the return address that was printed on the package.

-Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

-Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

-We reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

-Each product has a different fulfillment timeline and delivery timeline listed.  Once you have placed an order, you will receive a tracking number to track it once the product has been fulfilled.
